Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users in relation to the use of the product purchase and purchasing agency service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by K-Line (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).
Article 2 (Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions)
1. These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon posting on the K-Line app or notifying users through other means.
2. The Company may change these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall be notified through the same method as in Paragraph 1, and if the user does not express his/her intention to reject them, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to them.
Article 3 (Service Content)

Article 4 (User Obligations)
1.Users warrant that the personal information they provide when using the service is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Users are legally responsible for all activities that occur during the use of the service.
3.Users must not engage in any illegal activities, infringe upon the rights of others, or harm the reputation of the company while using the service.
Article 5 (Restrictions and Suspension of Service Use)
1. If a user violates these Terms and Conditions, the Company may restrict or suspend use of the Service without prior notice.
2. If a service interruption occurs due to the Company’s fault, the Company will make every effort to minimize it.
Article 6 (Payment and Fees)
1. The company may charge users fees for using the service.
2. The specific amount of the fee, payment method, etc. are subject to the standards specified in the payment system provided by the company.
3. Users must provide accurate information when making payments and faithfully complete all payment procedures.
Article 7 (Personal Information Protection)
1. The company complies with laws related to personal information protection to protect the personal information of users.
2. The company does not provide the personal information of users to third parties and does not use the personal information for other purposes without the consent of the user. However, exceptions may be made if there is a legal requirement.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1.The company is not responsible for any service interruption and damage suffered by users due to natural disasters, force majeure, system error, etc.
2. Users shall be responsible for resolving disputes that arise during the use of the Service, and the Company shall not be liable for such matters.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
1. Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute, the court located at the head office of the Company shall be the court of first instance.
2. The Company shall make every effort to amicably resolve any dispute with the User.
Article 10 (Other Matters)
1. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and the Company’s policies.
2. The Company may change all matters related to the use of the Service, and any changes shall be applied immediately.
Supplementary Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from June 30, 2025.
